I started radjerky.com with a simple goal in mind: to bring the best beef jerky that is actually real cowboy style beef jerky.

Country boy at heart and grew up on ranches but my main field was automotive repair. When you live in the country but work in the city....it's hard to find Jerky that seems real.

This is still a work in progress and probably will always will be, but I started making jerky many years ago for myself and share with friends. But through the years of different marinades , I came up with a combination of several but simple ingredients. Sometimes less is more. All jerky is from 100 percent sliced beef.
